I also have vertigo and I use warmed Hydrogen peroxide, a few drops in each ear a couple times a day until the weird sensation goes away.

You will feel a bubbly sensation in the ear and it feels funny, but let it stand in the ear for about 2 to 3 minutes, then use a tissue to catch the drainage coming out. It usually takes a few days of this.

I hope this helps you. There is two kinds of vertigo, one is fluid in the ear and the other is sinus allergies. It has something to do with the drainage in the whole sinus thing and the ears. If the problem persists see a Doctor. If there is pain then it is an infection. The peroxide will help. But you will also need some antibiotic to help the infection.

I think you'll have to go to the doctor though as they do have pills to help the nauseous feeling (not that they work) but you need to try to ascertain what is causing the imbalance in your inner ear.

Keep a record of each time you suffer with it and see if you can pinpoint anything that may be triggering it off. With me it tends to be when I get severely over-tired though thankfully I don't suffer with it as frequently as I used to.

Good luck...I wouldn't wish this condition on anyone - I totally sympathize with you.

If you saw a physician, he would probably prescribe MECLIZINE.

You can buy it over the counter, i.e.bonine. It is used at 25mg three times a day.

Anyway, definitely see a doctor before taking any medication!

You really should see your doctor to try and determine the cause. Vertigo can have multiple causes ranging from brain tumors, to inner ear infections, decreased cerebral blood flow, presenting symptom of MS, etc...

Seeking treatment here could be dangerous for you!
